ROLE + RESPONSIBILITIES
As a designer and project team lead (per project basis), my role requires me to split my time between shaping and designing desktop and mobile web experiences, supporting UX team members, planning, managing and driving project priorities and timelines, working closely with the product, research, testing and project management team leads. We communicate openly and regularly for alignment with partners and cross-functional team working toward a common goal. Other design related responsibilities includes coordinating and managing design related resources to support design initiatives. For example, meeting with the design system team, accessibility team and brand related asset requests.
Together with my UX project team members, we drive mid-size to large projects from rapid ideation to running design thinking workshop, creating user flows, wireframes, to creating user interface designs and prototypes, usability testing through implementation. I am also the key contact person responsible for supporting design related implementation with the development team to ensure the end-to-end experience is implemented perfectly.

Launched the USAA & Schwab welcome center serving a million+ new clients.
Launched the Schwab brokerage & bank welcome center, with great success to increasing client engagement.
Launched the Schwab brokerage welcome center with funding experience. Currently tracking performance.
