Role Sr. User Experience Designer

As a designer and project team lead (per project basis), my role requires me to split my time between shaping and designing for desktop and mobile web experiences, planning, managing and driving project priorities and timelines, working closely with business, product, design, research and project management partners and supporting and mentoring designers. In this capacity, I am involved in every step of a product's development from start to finish (end-to-end client experience).
I enjoy the process a lot as I am not only creating, contributing to the project and the team, but also learning from the team and the process. There is always something new to learn with every new journey.
At its core, our groups mission is focused on delivering a simple, intuitive and delightful digital experience to help our clients manage and achieve their financial goals, be it on the desktop or on their mobile devices.

Role Sr. User Experience Designer
As a member of the HPE OneView core product team, I design new features and enhance existing ones from concept to completion. I collaborate with cross-functional, distributed scrum teams—including product management, subject matter experts, design, development, and testing—within an Agile-like environment. Our team is based in Palo Alto, CA; Ft. Collins, CO; and Bangalore, India.
Featured accomplishments
I am also part of the HPE Piano Design System & UI Core team. This team is responsible for the creation and managing the design system. I have successfully created and contributed a number of reusable components and patterns, i.e. hierarchy selector, file uploader with mode options and system flow pattern, delete item pattern, etc,… When required I also play a part in giving guidance to designers, created and provided UI-kits to enable immediate design on-boarding for new and existing team members.
