PRODUCT
The CarePass Healthy Rewards program with step tracker feature on mobile app. This feature offers CarePass subscribers a way to earn rewards while strengthening CVS health and wellness positioning with customers.
RESULT
As a result, this program saw an increase in dashboard visits, lower membership on-hold rate, and lower cancellation rate. Total steps achieved 1.6 billion steps.
ROLE + RESPONSIBILITIES
Led the creation of user-centered design solutions, ensuring clear communication of design strategy, user journeys, fostering stakeholder alignment and enabling well-informed, user-focused design decisions.
