ROLE + RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Led the creation of user-centered design solutions, ensuring clear communication of design strategy, user journeys, fostering stakeholder alignment and enabling well-informed, user-focused design decisions.

  • Foster a collaborative and inclusive environment, remove obstacles, and advocate for team needs. Continuously coach and develop team members, enabling them to grow, perform at their best, and deliver high-quality work that aligns with business goals.
